Exchanges/Returns

We will gladly exchange any sandal purchase that are returned to us in their original packaging and in unworn and unused condition, within 15 days of your receiving your shipment. At this time we can only accept exchanges/returns for boots on a case by case basis, as customers design and customize them.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will ship your replacement product(s) to you or offer store credit.
