I will gladly exchange any sandal purchase for the correct size (as supplies and inventory allow, or offer store credit less the shipping charges), that is returned in the original packaging and in unworn and unused condition, within 15 days of your receiving your shipment. At this time I can only accept exchanges/returns for boots on a case by case basis, as customers design and customize them. 

Once I have received and inspected your return, I will ship your replacement product(s) to you AT YOUR COST or offer store credit. I know you're used to the Amazon life of free shipping and returns, but I can't afford to offer that at the moment. If you are local, I'm happy to arrange a time for you to pick up or drop off in person. *See below for shipping.

I know buying shoes online can be tricky, so if you do end up with a pair from me that don't work for some reason, and I can't accept a return/exchange, I can help you sell them through our social media and can refer you to other slow fashion buy/sell/trade forums. Sometimes a style, fit or brand isn't for you and that's ok!

This includes SAMPLES and SECONDS that may have slight wear or do not meet our strict quality standards. These items are priced accordingly and you can purchase at your own risk. I give a detailed description of these items in their listings and we do not sell anything we wouldn't or couldn't wear ourselves.


At this time we are not able to offer FREE SHIPPING in either direction, unless we are shipping through some error of ours. Amazon and other big companies can afford to do this and have conditioned us to think this is a normal thing for companies to pay for. My company is too small to be able to absorb this cost, though if I am ever able to, I absolutely will. However, I will never be, or want to be Amazon- and I definitely am not competing with them.
